We've made it to March, with Spring officially beginning in just a few more weeks!

For the dog walkers in town, you will be pleased to know that 4 new dog waste bag dispensers were installed today. They are located at the corner of Centre Avenue and State Street, the corner of Centre and S. Lincoln Avenues, Linton Park, and Pickering Field. Please be reminded that cleaning up after your pet is a requirement in Newtown Borough and much appreciated by residents and visitors alike!

Our website calendar continues to be your best resource to find the dates, times, and other important information regarding Borough Council and Committees of Council meetings, as well as any special events taking place in Newtown Borough! As a reminder, Council Work Sessions are held at Borough Hall. The monthly Council Meetings take place at the Chancellor Center and are livestreamed on YouTube.

The Steeple View Phase 2 project is in review and will be discussed at upcoming meetings. Again, by reviewing our website calendar for meeting times and agendas, you can stay informed about this development.
