Our October meetings will be switched around a bit as we accommodate two special meetings this month. The Wednesday, October 6th Work Session will include business matters typically handled at the monthly Council Meeting since that meeting on Tuesday, October 12th is dedicated to the presentation of the Comprehensive Plan in collaboration with the Newtown and Bucks County Planning Commissions. Last but not least, the annual Budget Meeting will be taking place on Thursday, October 28th. If you plan to attend, please check the Borough website calendar for times and locations as there have been changes this month.

If you've ever searched our website for Borough Ordinances, you will be so pleased to see how they've all been codified into one Newtown Borough Code!

Our 2021 Road Program is now underway. The paving of all streets will begin once the concrete work (ramps, curbs, aprons) has been completed. Updates will be provided on the website scrolling news as the project progresses.
